Senior Service Technician – Toscana

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to join its Toscana team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality maintenance and repair services to residents while ensuring the property’s appearance, safety, and functionality meet company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance fixes, in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by executing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative tasks on building equipment.

Required profile

• Proficient and safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
