Senior Service Technician – The Becket

About the role

Greystar’s The Becket community is seeking a Senior Service Technician to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role combines hands‑on maintenance work with resident service, supporting a high‑performing team that values customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by executing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative tasks on building equipment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
