Senior Product Manager – AI Platform (SpecLink.AI)

About the role

RIB is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the AI‑powered features of the SpecLink platform. You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI‑enabled workflows that help architects, engineers, and specifiers make faster, more reliable decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI product capabilities, from discovery and roadmap definition through launch, optimization and scaling.
• Conduct customer research, workflow analysis and market validation to identify high‑impact AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Manage AI product operations, including human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, AI model tuning, behavioral optimization and continuous performance evaluation.
• Monitor adoption metrics and iterate on features to maximize customer and business impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing AI‑focused software products, preferably in the AEC or construction‑tech domain.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate user needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Alpharetta, GA, and thrive in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.
