About the role
As the Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Mindbody’s creative team within Playlist. You will ensure that creative work moves smoothly, on time, on scope, and on budget while supporting broader marketing campaign initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end creative operations, including intake, scoping, prioritization, and traffic management.
- Manage resourcing and capacity planning for the creative team, assigning work and balancing workloads.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies; surface risks, blockers, and trade‑offs early.
- Coordinate planning and production for video and photo shoots and other creative initiatives.
- Own Asana as the team’s project‑management hub, driving documentation, adoption, and workflow improvements.
- Support key marketing campaign initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and post‑campaign retros across channels and markets.
- Serve as the creative team’s point of contact in cross‑functional meetings, aligning commitments with marketing, product, sales, and CX.
- Track and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management.
- Hands‑on experience managing creative team workflows, resourcing, and capacity planning.
- Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment on what needs attention now versus later.
- Working knowledge of project‑management practices for scoping, scheduling, coordination, and risk management.
- Experience with Asana and the ability to create clarity through consistent processes and clean project hygiene.
- Ability to solve complex problems with logic, care, and attention to detail.
