Senior Logistics Manager

About the role

Ernest is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead the operations of its flagship warehouse in Commerce, CA. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, cost‑effective distribution while fostering a people‑first culture across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the largest distribution center, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop Warehouse Managers, warehouse staff, and drivers across several sites.
• Monitor inventory performance, turnover, returns and product quality.
• Balance customer delivery demands with cost‑containment objectives.
• Maintain timely, cost‑efficient regional deliveries.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with regional and national vendors, equipment suppliers and freight carriers.
• Uphold Ernest’s core values in all interactions with vendors, customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably overseeing large distribution centers.
• Strong people‑first mindset with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑location operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution management.
