Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Growth to drive the next phase of enterprise growth and transformation for a leading industrial and specialty organization. This highly visible leadership position will work closely with executive leadership to shape long‑term commercial strategy and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities across pricing, customer segmentation, product mix, channel strategy and market expansion.
• Develop business cases and financial models to support investment decisions and commercial initiatives.
• Partner with commercial, operations, finance, marketing and product teams to improve go‑to‑market effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
• Build data‑driven frameworks for customer and product profitability analysis and explore analytics, digital and AI‑enabled tools.
• Lead strategic transformation and operational improvement initiatives, analysing processes to enhance efficiency, scalability and cost‑to‑serve.
• Design and implement future‑state operating models and manage change‑management activities.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic programs, establishing governance, executive reporting and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and communicate updates, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, commercial excellence, transformation or continuous improvement leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading commercial growth initiatives and enterprise‑wide strategic projects.
