Senior Digital Creative Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital creative initiatives for retail clients in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment. You will partner with creative, account and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership and oversight across all deliverables.
• Lead large integrated digital creative projects from concept through final delivery.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions and manage timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with creative, account and business teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Participate in capacity planning and monitor team utilization.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Support portfolio business reviews and contribute to digital creative strategy recommendations.
• Mentor cross‑functional project teams and assist with special operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in an advertising agency or in‑house creative environment.
• Proven experience leading digital creative projects for retail or marketing clients.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.
