Senior Creative Project Manager

About the role

Playlist is looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to be the operational backbone of Mindbody’s creative team. You will own end‑to‑end creative operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget while supporting broader marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative operations end‑to‑end, including intake, scoping, prioritization, and traffic management.
• Manage resourcing and capacity planning, assign work, and balance workloads across the creative team.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies; surface risks, blockers, and trade‑offs early.
• Coordinate planning and production for video, photo shoots, and other creative initiatives.
• Own Asana as the team’s project‑management hub, driving documentation, adoption, and workflow improvements.
• Support key marketing campaign initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and post‑campaign retros across channels and markets.
• Serve as the creative team’s point of contact in cross‑functional meetings, aligning commitments with marketing, product, sales, and CX.
• Track and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management.
• Hands‑on experience managing creative team workflows, resourcing, and capacity planning.
• Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment on urgent versus long‑term tasks.
• Working knowledge of project‑management practices for scoping, scheduling, coordination, and risk management.
• Ability to solve complex problems with logic, care, and attention to detail.
