About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join its Marketing Solutions team. The role focuses on performance and expansion for mid‑market clients and will be based in a hybrid setting in San Francisco, Chicago or New York City.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with mid‑market advertisers, understanding their business goals and delivering best‑in‑class engagement.
  • Proactively analyze, optimize and provide strategic recommendations for advertising campaigns and marketing programs.
  • Deliver training and guidance on targeting, implementation, optimization and reporting.
  • Support customer education through onboarding and ad‑hoc learning sessions.
  • Stabilize performance, grow revenue from new advertisers, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Leverage LinkedIn technology to create performance‑oriented marketing solutions.
  • Advise on creative and content development to maximize campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Account Executives, to ensure client objectives are met.

Required profile

  • Senior‑level professional with strong relationship‑building and analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving incremental revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Deep knowledge of online media, advertising ecosystems and performance marketing.
