About the role
Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to support Quality Assurance Compliance at its Johns Creek Distribution Center. The role ensures that the site meets Alcon, local, and international regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards for eye‑care products.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate site gap assessments and drive corrective actions independently.
- Conduct research to harmonize and standardize the Quality Management System across Alcon.
- Manage Quality Systems, Complaints, and Supplier Quality processes to ensure compliance with cGMP, health‑authority regulations, the Alcon Quality Manual, and ISO standards.
- Facilitate implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance, identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Oversee Quality Information Systems and training programs to sustain a robust QMS.
- Make decisions within assigned scope, applying advanced analytical skills and self‑direction.
- Adhere to GxP regulations, follow SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, and complete required training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and overall organizational compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., high school + 10 years, Associate + 6 years, M.S. + 0 years).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant quality‑assurance experience.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to work onsite in Johns Creek, GA, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
- No relocation assistance or sponsorship available.
