About the role

Lantern is a specialty care platform that connects members with top specialists and delivers cost‑effective healthcare solutions. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our fast‑paced, private‑equity backed organization and support the financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Operations, FP&A, and external auditors to resolve accounting issues.
• Support process improvements and adapt to evolving financial procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level accounting within a complex, data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dig into data and uncover insights.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving setting.
