About the role
Breakthru Beverage is seeking an Off‑Premise Sales Representative to grow and manage account relationships in the Charlottesville area. You will be responsible for promoting our beer, wine, and spirits brands, ensuring product availability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient route plan.
- Identify sales opportunities, conduct surveys, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage promotional displays.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where legally permitted, and track product placement.
- Provide training to account staff on priority brands.
- Process credits, returns, and manage receivables in a timely manner.
- Collect payments and handle customer issues, escalating to management when needed.
- Achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management.
Required profile
- Current Breakthru associate applying through the internal Career Portal.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for customer visits.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced field environment.
