About the role
We are seeking an energetic Sales Representative to grow our portfolio of leading beer, wine, and spirits brands within multicultural accounts across the Inland Empire. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong customer relationships and driving brand performance in off‑premise locations.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned accounts daily, develop efficient routing patterns, and conduct surveys to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver professional sales presentations that showcase new products, back‑bar placements, and promotional offers.
- Maintain optimal product levels by taking inventory, restocking shelves where permitted, and ensuring compliance with national account standards.
- Provide education and training to account staff on priority brands.
- Manage receivables, process credits and returns, and collect payments where legally permissible.
- Achieve distribution, volume, and activity targets set by management.
- Utilize point‑of‑sale materials to maximize brand visibility.
Required profile
- Current associate with access to the internal Career Portal.
- Highly motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Reliable personal vehicle for account visits.
