Sales Director – Foodservice & Convenience (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Director, Away-from-Home to lead foodservice, convenience and all non‑retail channels for our Jams and Bronco brands. This remote, builder‑focused position will create and own the channel strategy, secure the first accounts and establish a repeatable growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own foodservice, convenience and other non‑retail channels for both brands, working with broadline distributors and operators.
• Define and execute channel strategy, land initial accounts and build a distributor‑broker network.
• Manage the full revenue pipeline, set targets, forecast accurately and report progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and broker partners, setting performance expectations.
• Create systems and cadence to turn one‑off wins into scalable distribution growth.
• Provide channel‑specific input on pricing, pack formats, trade spend and promotional strategy.
• Align closely with operations and supply teams to meet channel shipping requirements.
• Synthesize field feedback into strategic direction for the brands.

Required profile

• Proven experience building a foodservice or convenience channel for a CPG brand, with documented account wins.
• Deep understanding of Away‑from‑Home dynamics, including broadline distributors, DSD, c‑store category management and broker economics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operators, category managers and other channel stakeholders.
• Comfortable closing deals independently and driving results measured by revenue.
