Sales Consultant (Lease-Up)

About the role
As a Sales Consultant for the Viva Bene community, you will lead the lease‑up phase, introducing the property to prospective residents and driving occupancy and revenue. You will be the first point of contact, guiding prospects from the initial tour through to long‑term residency while helping to shape a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring apartments, and processing applications.
- Perform credit screenings, background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
- Collect and record resident information at move‑in.
- Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
- Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach to generate traffic.

- Professional and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with prospective residents.
- Strong understanding of the community’s lifestyle and vision.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships and contribute to a connected resident experience.
