Sales and Service Banker – Route 27

About the role

The Sales and Service Banker at our Route 27 branch in Edison, NJ, acts as a trusted financial advisor, building lasting relationships while delivering personalized banking solutions. You will support customers with everyday transactions, guide them toward appropriate products, and promote digital banking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and recommend banking, lending, and investment products that meet customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service in‑person, by phone, and through digital channels.
• Educate customers on self‑service digital platforms and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to achieve sales targets and overall branch performance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and fraud‑prevention standards.
• Assist with custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.
