Retail Supervisor

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily operations on the sales floor of its NorthPark Center store. You will model excellent customer service, coach team members, and help create an inclusive, high‑performing environment that reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized service and model customer‑obsessed behaviors for the team.
• Act as Sales Floor Captain, managing zones, coaching staff, and motivating performance.
• Execute opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Coach team members on selling techniques, product knowledge, and styling support.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for new hires.
• Maintain product knowledge, support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Track sales performance, set goals, and celebrate achievements.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Resolve customer issues promptly with empathy and ownership.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, preferably fashion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a fast‑paced team and uphold operational standards.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on visual and operational excellence.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and commitment to inclusivity.
