Retail Floor Supervisor – Atlantic City

About the role

As a Floor Supervisor at Vans’ Tanger Outlets store in Atlantic City, you will lead a team of sales associates to deliver an authentic brand experience and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with store leadership, providing daily coaching, feedback and support to ensure a positive, inclusive environment for both customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales by implementing strategies, monitoring performance against targets and motivating the team.
• Coach, supervise and evaluate associate performance, delivering constructive feedback and on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation aligns with Vans brand guidelines.
• Engage with customers to create genuine, brand‑aligned interactions and resolve any issues promptly.
• Enforce company policies, procedures and safety standards in daily operations.
