Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Supervise and coach staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate hiring processes and build a high‑functioning team.
- Maintain food and beverage standards, quality controls, and service protocols.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Enforce company policies and compliance requirements.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Implement strategies that promote a positive guest experience and drive operational excellence.
Required profile
- Strong customer service focus with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience in hiring, staffing, and team development.
- Excellent communication skills for staff management and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations, quality standards, and service protocols.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams successfully.
- Problem‑solving and organizational skills to handle operational challenges.
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
