About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator supports Greystar’s property management team by delivering high‑quality customer service to prospective and current tenants, as well as property staff. The role also helps plan and execute resident activities to enhance the living experience.
Key responsibilities
- Orient new residents to the property, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
- Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
- Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
- Schedule clubhouse or activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees.
- Maintain guest suites and provide additional amenities like movies, books, and games.
- Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, notifying maintenance of needed repairs.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to address resident concerns promptly.
- Good knowledge of property functions and community‑living standards.
- Ability to coordinate events, manage communications, and maintain accurate records.
