Registered Nurse – Night Shift (6 PM to 6 AM)

About the role

Join Lifespace’s Clinical team as a Registered Nurse working the night shift (6 PM – 6 AM) in our Meadow Lake community. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services to all residents in the assigned neighborhood or program.
• Oversee physician orders, transcribe them accurately into the electronic health record, and administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise and provide leadership to clinical and non‑clinical team members.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring seamless communication with pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments.
• Document resident conditions, nursing needs, and treatment outcomes in a timely manner.
• Provide hands‑on training and skill‑set retraining for newly hired team members.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license and any state‑required certifications.
• One year of nursing experience in a long‑term care or senior‑living setting (preferred).
• Ability to work the 6 PM – 6 AM night shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Medication administration and verification of physician orders.
