Registered Nurse – Myeloma Clinical Admin Operations

About the role

The Registered Nurse will support physicians in the Myeloma Clinical Admin Operations unit on the Upper East Side. Working Monday‑Friday, the RN will provide direct patient care, manage electronic medical records, and coordinate multidisciplinary services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop nursing care plans, and assist providers during examinations and treatments.
• Coordinate diagnostic tests, triage inquiries, and communicate results.
• Administer injections and medications in compliance with state law and clinic guidelines.
• Maintain infection‑control standards and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
• Participate in safety programs, staff orientation, and policy review.
• Support clinical research activities, including eligibility assessment and protocol documentation.

Required profile

• Current NY State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Infection Control Certificate.
• Minimum two years of RN experience (BSN preferred, extensive experience may substitute).
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
