Regional VP of Restaurants

About the role

The Regional VP of Restaurants leads all restaurants within an assigned region for Raising Cane’s, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence while embodying the company’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and operate all restaurants in the region, overseeing new restaurant growth, revenue, and profit targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Area Business Unit team to support regional needs and expansion plans.
• Assess and build high‑performing leaders and teams through strategic analysis, critical thinking, problem solving, and business acumen.
• Ensure operations align with Raising Cane’s sales‑driven and profit‑smart philosophy.
• Maintain full responsibility for financial performance, including budgeting, EBITDAR management, and profit targets.
• Drive regional marketing initiatives, media utilization, sponsorships, and community involvement.
• Oversee training programs, including the crew appreciation program, to ensure consistent execution.

Required profile

• Field‑based senior leader with experience managing multiple restaurant locations.
• Proven ability to deliver financial results and manage budgets.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team‑building capabilities.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced kitchen environments with physical exertion (walking, standing, lifting, bending).
• Willingness to work in varied temperatures and handle food products, allergens, and industrial equipment using appropriate PPE.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
