Program Manager II – Operational Excellence

About the role

Mastercard’s Revenue Operations & Enablement team within the Global Business Solutions Center is looking for a Program Manager II to drive operational excellence across revenue systems and solutions. The role will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships and implement strategies that improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with program management leads to plan, execute and deliver operational projects for revenue systems with minimal assistance.
• Support end‑to‑end program delivery by reporting progress, tracking dependencies and removing blockers.
• Organise intake analysis and tasks across cross‑functional teams, aligning focus and priorities with Revenue Operations objectives.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems to ensure seamless implementation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business analysis, project management and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and stakeholders across finance, legal, sales, marketing and product functions.
• Experience coordinating multiple functions to achieve efficient business processes.
