Production Supervisor (SC) – 3rd Shift

About the role

As a Production Supervisor on the 3rd shift, you will lead a team of operators to meet daily production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will apply lean manufacturing principles and 5S standards to drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce and improve safety, ergonomics, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards in line with 5S.
• Allocate labor based on fluctuating orders and set production priorities.
• Guide teams on attendance, conduct, and discipline policies.
• Oversee accurate record‑keeping of scrap, traceability, downtime, rejects, and control‑plan checks.
• Handle non‑conforming material and promptly report issues affecting production.
• Develop alternative strategies to overcome production obstacles.
• Collaborate with other shifts to achieve weekly production goals.
• Ensure operators are trained for flexible labor allocation.
• Maintain training records and competency matrices for assembly lines.
• Conduct regular audits (quality, LPA, workstation, 5S, operator).

Required profile

• Two‑year degree or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a lean, fast‑paced production environment.
