Product Marketing Manager, Performance Advertising (Travel)

About the role

The Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for performance advertising solutions aimed at Travel and Entertainment advertisers. You will translate product capabilities into outcome‑driven narratives that help advertisers drive bookings, revenue, and repeat customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market plan for travel‑focused performance advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and regional GTM teams to align solutions with advertiser needs and closed‑loop performance goals.
• Create positioning, messaging, and sales narratives that link platform features to travel‑specific outcomes such as demand generation and booking conversion.
• Enable Sales teams with playbooks, training, and objection‑handling resources tailored to complex travel advertiser decision cycles.
• Provide product feedback and market insights to guide product prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Lead onboarding and enablement programs for travel brands launching performance campaigns.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and impact metrics to refine GTM strategy.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to launch regional initiatives and vertical programs that drive incremental growth.
• Produce thought‑leadership content on travel performance marketing trends.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, performance marketing, or GTM roles within digital advertising.
• Direct experience working with Travel, Entertainment, or Commerce advertisers and understanding their booking and revenue models.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing concepts such as demand generation, conversion optimization, and ROAS.
• Proven ability to turn complex product features into clear, compelling narratives for sales and advertisers.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills.
