Private Banker / Sr Banker – Brazil Coverage (Miami)

About the role

Santander Private Banking International is seeking a Private Banker or Senior Banker to serve high‑net‑worth clients with a focus on Brazil coverage from its Miami office. You will be the primary relationship manager for clients holding at least $4 million in investable assets, delivering a high‑touch, customer‑centric service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior service to a portfolio of affluent clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Proactively expand and retain relationships, acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients.
• Facilitate efficient interactions between clients and investment partners, working closely with Investment Advisors.
• Collaborate with product specialist teams across investments, credit, and asset management to deliver tailored solutions.
• Offer real‑time investment insights and execute portfolio decisions with deep knowledge of wealth‑management products.
• Develop targeted sales strategies, maximize cross‑business synergies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a private banker or in a business‑development role serving high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong relationship‑management skills and a disciplined, proactive approach to client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with investment and product specialist teams.
• Solid understanding of wealth‑management products and cross‑border banking services.
