Private Banker – High Net Worth Clients (Miami)

About the role

Santander Private Banking International is seeking a Private Banker to serve affluent clients with at least $4 million in investable assets. Based in Miami, you will act as the primary relationship manager, delivering high‑touch service and tailored wealth solutions across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and families, expanding assets under management.
• Partner with product specialists in investments, credit, and asset management to design customized solutions.
• Provide real‑time investment insights and execute portfolio decisions with deep wealth‑management knowledge.
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, leveraging cross‑business synergies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Investment Advisors to capture a larger share of client wallet.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a banker or business‑development professional acquiring and developing high‑net‑worth client relationships.
• Proactive, disciplined approach to relationship expansion and retention.
• Strong understanding of wealth‑management products and cross‑border transaction facilitation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal product teams and external partners.
