Primary Care Family Medicine RN Level II

About the role

This full‑time RN Level II position supports a Primary Care Family Medicine practice delivering comprehensive outpatient care to patients from newborns to seniors. The RN works within a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient care, telephone triage, medication and vaccine administration, and health education.

Key responsibilities

• Perform telephone triage and assess patient needs.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication and vaccine administration.
• Conduct minor laboratory testing and document results.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Supervise assigned LPNs and Ambulatory Technicians.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of direct nursing experience in an outpatient setting.
• Prior pediatric nursing experience.
• Strong assessment and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and support team members.
