Power Apps AI Trainer (Remote, Part-time Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Power Apps professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as AI Trainers. In this remote, part‑time consulting role you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated responses for Power Apps scenarios, helping to create high‑quality training data for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated answers related to Power Apps development, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Analyze app logic, formulas, connectors, and UI behavior to spot inaccuracies or gaps.
• Rewrite responses with precise, user‑ready technical guidance.
• Provide structured annotations, scoring, and justification following a defined rubric.
• Label failure modes and reasoning gaps in AI outputs.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of hands‑on experience building and supporting Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of canvas apps, model‑driven apps, formulas, connectors, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
• Proven experience troubleshooting app behavior and integrations in real‑world environments.
• Background in consulting, support engineering, or solution development.
• Ability to apply structured evaluation frameworks and communicate technical guidance clearly.
