About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Plant Manager to lead operational transformation for a growing manufacturing operation in the building products industry. This role focuses on optimizing production flow, improving plant efficiency, strengthening quality systems, and building a high‑performance culture on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Drive production optimization and linear flow improvements across the plant.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Implement and maintain robust quality management systems and process discipline.
• Provide plant‑level operational leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Foster team leadership, accountability, and employee engagement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong background in production and process optimization.
• Proven experience leading Lean initiatives.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a strong floor presence.
• Ability to drive change and create operational accountability.
