Part‑time Faculty – Management (Remote)

About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks remote part‑time faculty to teach Management courses online. This adjunct position supports up to 70 students per term and operates on an eight‑week course schedule using the Blackboard Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality online instruction for Management subjects.
• Manage course materials, assignments, and assessments within Blackboard.
• Provide timely feedback and support to a virtual classroom of up to 70 learners.
• Collaborate with the Faculty Manager and adhere to departmental guidelines.
• Maintain academic standards and contribute to course development as needed.

Required profile

• Eligible to live and work full‑time in one of the listed U.S. states.
• Experience in teaching or facilitating online higher‑education courses.
• Ability to manage a remote teaching workload on a part‑time basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Blackboard Learning Management System.
