Part Time Teller – Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time teller to join our Bustleton Avenue branch in Philadelphia. The role involves providing friendly, efficient service to customers while handling cash and processing transactions in a fast‑paced banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and may assist nearby branches as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• At least 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.
• Basic math skills.
• Comfort with digital tools for customer engagement.
