Part-Time Team Member – $17/hr

About the role

Join a movie‑theatre team delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a part‑time team member you will work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, handling cash, serving snacks, and guiding patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Box Office POS system, process cash, credit cards, gift cards and tickets.
• Promote premium viewing options and the Regal Crown Club program.
• Run the Concession POS, manage inventory, and maintain food‑safety standards.
• Serve or sell alcohol where applicable, complying with certification and age requirements.
• Usher duties: ticket collection, crowd control, seat assistance, and auditorium cleaning.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and in‑person with a service‑focused attitude.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Legal age to sell alcohol if assigned to that task.
• Read and understand training on harassment and discrimination.
