Part-Time Law Faculty (Remote)

About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks remote part‑time faculty to teach law courses online. In this adjunct position you will deliver eight‑week courses to a maximum of 70 students at a time, using the Blackboard Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver course materials for online law classes.
• Facilitate student engagement, discussion, and mentorship through virtual platforms.
• Assess assignments, exams, and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain course schedules, grades, and compliance with university policies.
• Collaborate with the Faculty Manager and academic team to ensure curriculum quality.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Prior teaching or instructional experience, preferably in an online environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States and reside full‑time in one of the listed states.
• Ability to commit to a part‑time teaching load and meet course timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Blackboard Learning Management System.
