Part-Time Admissions Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Admissions Assistant to support the admissions team at University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock. The role involves interacting with prospective students both on the phone and in person, providing information and ensuring a smooth admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet in‑person visitors.
• Respond to general admissions inquiries via phone and face‑to‑face.
• Screen individuals who have checked in for admissions appointments.
• Perform basic data‑entry tasks related to applicant information.
• Assist with other admissions support duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to maintain FERPA confidentiality.
• Attention to detail for data‑entry work.
