Parent Support Mentor - HEI Program Coordinator

About the role

The Parent Support Mentor – HEI Program Coordinator is a grant‑funded position supporting families in White County, Arkansas. Working off‑campus, you will join the county Women, Infants & Children (WIC) office team to deliver training, build capacity, and support program evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training activities for parents and families as part of the HEI program.
• Collaborate with the grantor, community partners, and WIC staff to ensure program goals are met.
• Assist in building training capacity within the county.
• Collect and manage data for program evaluation and reporting.
• Travel throughout White County (Beebe, Searcy, and surrounding areas) as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for education requirements.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.
