About the role
Northgate Resorts is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily operations across Guest Relations, Call Center, Housekeeping, and Bookkeeping teams. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure a seamless, memorable experience for guests from arrival through departure and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop Guest Relations, Call Center, Housekeeping, and bookkeeping staff.
- Hire, train, schedule, and ensure compliance with budget and company standards.
- Set performance expectations and make day‑to‑day operational decisions.
- Support special events, weddings, and group reservations.
- Analyze data to increase ancillary revenue (e.g., golf carts, linens).
- Perform hands‑on tasks as needed, including housekeeping duties.
- Serve as Manager on Duty on a rotating schedule.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints using service recovery guidelines.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit‑card processing, bank reconciliation, and cash handling.
- Oversee onboarding, recruiting, and hiring across all departments.
- Coordinate projects from start to finish and manage inventory and supply ordering.
Required profile
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Full‑time leadership experience in a hospitality or resort environment.
- Strong decision‑making and team‑development abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
