Non-Tenure Track Adult Health Nursing Faculty

About the role

Saint Louis University’s School of Nursing is seeking a non-tenure-track faculty member to teach Adult Health (Medical-Surgical) nursing. This 9-month, full-time appointment supports undergraduate and graduate education and contributes to the university’s mission of compassionate health care and service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lecture and clinical courses in Adult Health nursing for undergraduate and/or graduate programs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to nursing students in clinical settings.
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment activities.
• Maintain professional licensure and stay current with nursing practice standards.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in nursing (master’s required; doctorate preferred).
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri.
• Specialization in Adult Health or Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Demonstrated teaching and clinical expertise.
