Night Shift Blow Mold Operator (Temporary)

About the role

Join HP Hood’s Blow Mold Facility as a Night Shift Operator on a temporary basis. You will set up, run, and maintain blow‑mold machinery to produce high‑quality bottled products while ensuring safety and compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate blow‑mold equipment according to SOPs.
• Make controlled adjustments and perform hourly bottle quality inspections.
• Maintain machinery, support equipment, and documentation.
• Address equipment problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate sanitation activities and uphold GMPs.
• Generate work orders for process improvements and maintenance.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Support shift hand‑over and attend pre‑shift meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety standards.
• Good manual dexterity and multi‑tasking ability.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Mechanical skills.
• Troubleshooting experience.
