National Account Manager – Costco

About the role
We are partnering with a fast‑growing wellness brand to hire a National Account Manager who will own the Costco business in the United States. The role is responsible for driving strategic growth, managing the commercial relationship and delivering revenue and margin targets.
Key responsibilities
- Full ownership of the Costco account, including revenue, distribution and profitability.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with Costco buyers.
- Lead line reviews, item presentations and new product launches.
- Drive distribution gains, assortment expansion and incremental placements.
- Manage trade spend, promotional calendars and pricing strategy.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance on cross‑functional initiatives.
- Forecast, manage P&L and identify risks and opportunities.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in CPG sales or Key Account Management.
- Direct ownership of the Costco account in a previous role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in trade spend, forecasting and margin management.
- Proven success leading line reviews and negotiating with retailers.
- Track record of driving distribution and revenue growth.
Required skills
- Experience with IRI data platform.
- Experience with Nielsen data platform.
- Experience with SPINS data platform.
