Multicraft Maintenance Technician

About the role

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and readiness of its facilities. You will provide essential maintenance and repair services, supporting both the plant infrastructure and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of facility utilities such as electrical, compressed air, and water systems.
• Install and repair common facility equipment and electrical wiring from infrastructure points to end‑items.
• Conduct recurring inspections of safety equipment and preventive maintenance on all facility‑related assets.
• Execute cosmetic upkeep, waste carting, heavy cleaning, and other operational support tasks.
• Observe machine actions, read schematics and flow charts, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with maintenance and repair of industrial utilities.
• Ability to support manufacturing operations when needed.
• Strong attention to detail for safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Capability to read and interpret machinery schematics and flow charts.
