About the role
As a Multi‑Domain Operations Trainer you will deliver differentiated instruction to Army warfighters using live, virtual and constructive methods. You will leverage your military training experience to design, develop and execute scenario‑based training that enhances unit readiness against emerging Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) threats.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in‑person and over‑the‑shoulder instruction for Army clients through live, virtual and constructive training formats.
- Manage the full training lifecycle – instructional design, scenario development, and live delivery – to support readiness of units and soldiers.
- Research and analyze global UAS threats, identify capability gaps and develop counter‑UAS solutions using electronic warfare and C‑UAS equipment.
- Deliver Counter‑UAS instruction and integration for Home Station and Combat Training Center (CTC) exercises.
- Assist Combat Training Center Observer/Controller Trainers in embedding enemy UAS threats and signatures into exercise scenarios.
- Plan, synchronize, coordinate and facilitate all live, virtual, constructive and gaming C‑UAS assets using blended learning techniques.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Military.
- 6+ years leading U.S. Military training as an Observer/Controller at a Combat Training Center.
- Experience training Electronic Warfare and Counter‑UAS capabilities.
- Experience with Department of War logistics and equipment management.
- Secret security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Deployments in combat or combat‑advisor roles and experience conducting After Action Reviews are desirable.
