Merchandising Analyst – High Jewelry

About the role

The Merchandising Analyst – High Jewelry supports salon teams by managing inventory, stock allocations and product rotations to maximise profitability across a luxury retail network. You will work closely with regional and global partners to ensure the right merchandise is available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global stock allocations and product rotations across salon locations.
• Assist with daily and weekly replenishment shipments while analysing local and regional sales trends.
• Facilitate merchandise transfers to support sales opportunities, client requests and appointment needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Product Management, Logistics and Global Merchandising on launches, campaigns, events and photoshoots.
• Maintain strong relationships with salon teams and internal partners.
• Prepare monthly communications on new products and sales strategies for retail teams.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis, reporting and support special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience in allocations or merchandising, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and build strong working relationships.
