Manager, Communications Planning

About the role

The Manager, Communications Planning partners with the Director of Media Strategy and Integrated Planning to develop and execute integrated media strategies across brand and performance paid channels. This role ensures campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives while managing day‑to‑day budget tracking and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and communication of full‑funnel integrated media strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
• Translate media strategy into actionable campaign plans and coordinate execution with channel teams and agency partners.
• Serve as the liaison between strategy, project management, finance, and marketing to keep timelines, priorities, and performance expectations clear.
• Develop presentations, media briefs, campaign summaries, and performance recaps for internal stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets with precision.
• Maintain flowcharts, budget tracking, and financial accuracy across planning systems.
• Partner with peers to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and financial tracking skills.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, project management, and external agencies.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies and results.
