Make Ready/Turn Technician – Apex Marathon Village

About the role

The Make Ready/Turn Technician ensures vacant apartments are restored to market‑ready condition quickly and to Greystar’s quality standards. Working on a mid‑rise, stabilized community, you will perform a range of technical and mechanical tasks that prepare units for new residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements required before a resident moves in, following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage, repair or replace it, and perform touch‑up painting on vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with the Service Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure timely turnover.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with flexibility for on‑call duties.
• Experience performing basic maintenance and repair work in residential settings.
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely unit turnover.
