Maintenance Technician – West Edge

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its West Edge property in Seattle. You will play a critical role in ensuring the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work across the property, including repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Utilize the company’s maintenance app to track work orders and document completed tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar hands‑on technical role.
• Strong focus on customer service and ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
