About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Tamarind Square, a stabilized garden‑style community in Sunnyvale. The role focuses on keeping the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property to reduce future issues.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare units for new residents, ensuring all systems are operational and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a related maintenance or mechanical role.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and regulatory codes.
