Maintenance Technician – Marq on Martin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the Marq on Martin community. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare units for new move‑ins by executing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior building surfaces and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor coordination and other assigned duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and building systems.

Required profile

• Proven ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
