Maintenance Supervisor – Westwood Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Westwood community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas are kept clean, safe, functional and visually appealing. This position combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership to meet Greystar’s high standards of property management.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine and preventative mechanical and technical maintenance on building systems.
• Oversee the upkeep of exterior grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Coordinate a rotating on‑call schedule among four team members.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Proactive, preventative mindset with solid time‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with RealPage property‑management software.
• Familiarity with Happy Property platform.
